I got called out on that cat thing a lot. Mostly by people who hadn’t bothered to read the rest of the book. Since none of that has been translated yet, let me assure you: The cat is fine, or will be.
It was supposed to play a major role in one of the next Reception Man stories, but I never came around to writing that one. Maybe in a future Olga story.
